On Safari

Last weekend I went on a little road trip with my boyfriend James, my sister Becs and her boyfriend Jim. We were en route to Alton Towers and decided to stop off at Woburn Safari Park and Woburn Abbey near Milton Keynes. I'm not sure what I was expecting exactly but it was AMAZING!! If you ever get the chance, I thoroughly recommend that you make the trip. We saw some absolutely beautiful animals on the drive through safari, including this beautiful tiger

I was lucky to get a photo of this wolf because he was the only one we saw and he was quick

The bears were the funniest, they were so docile and lazy, even when the ranger came with a bucket of steaks for them. I swear they were stoned

The lions were so cute. As a cat lover I really wanted to give them a cuddle but I'm not sure they'd have appreciated it as much as my boys at home do

We all agreed that giraffes are strange looking animals up close...their heads look a little like seahorse heads don't you thunk?

So that is a small collection of the animals we saw and I will hopefully put some more pictures up when I have a little more time. The abbey at Woburn is stunning but sadly you're not allowed to take photos inside but I thoroughly recommend you go and check it out for yourself.

I have two days off work now and am going to see my friends new born baby on Thursday, I can't wait!!
